Port Blair, July 29: Navodhaya Foundation, a NGO working in A&N Islands conducted a press conference at hotel Shompen on 23 July 23 to introduce its newly formed committee and unveil an upcoming health camp at Hope Town, reinforcing its commitment to creating positive social change in A&N Islands.
In the recent AGM of the society a newly constituted committee was formed, the committee includes dedicated individuals who bring with them diverse expertise and a shared passion for making a positive difference in the lives of the islanders.
While Mrs. Protima Banerjee continues to be the Director of the NGO, Mr. Saikat Biswas, An Air Force veteran and local entrepreneur has been elected as the President and Mr. Tanveer Singh, a renowned hotelier & social worker has been elected the General Secretary of the NGO. Youth icon and entrepreneur Mr. Aditya Vikram Puria has been elected as the treasurer.

In continuation of its commitment to serving the needs of the community, Navodhaya Foundation also announced an upcoming health camp to be held at Hope Town on 27 July 23 in associations with GD Goenka HealthCare Academy and Ritikas Diagnostic Solutions.
