Port Blair, July 28: The A&N Administration vide Notification No.34-710/2011-Rev dated 21/07/2010 Ferrargunj Tehsil has been declared as local area under the provision of Sec 48 (1) of Andaman & Nicobar LR & LRR 1966.
Consequently, a Revenue survey was started at Guptapara village and measurements of the individual plot No./Sy.No was taken under the provision of section 49 of LR & LRR 1966.
It is found that some of the recorded tenants did not come forward for showing the boundaries in their field and submitting required documents for conducting measurement.
It is therefore, once again requested that the recorded tenants who have not come forward to get the land measured to contact Mr. Casper James, Assistant Settlement Officer/Tehsildar Settlement II, contact No. 9474264111, in between 10 AM to 01 PM from 04/08/2023 on working days excluding Saturdays at office of the Assistant Settlement Officer, Patwarkhana, Guptapara.
All interested persons should give written representation in prescribed format. Process of accepting written submission will end in 15 days.
