Port Blair, Aug 21: Mr. M.Vinod, State Vice President, Bharatiya Janata Party, A&N Islands has requested Mr. Amit Shah, Home Minister, GoI to extend the relaxation of the requirement to Restricted Area Permit for A&N Islands for a further period of 15 years as the present relaxation given by the Ministry is going to end on 31st December 2022. Mr. Vinod has thanked the Home Minster for giving a relaxation for five years and briefly mentioned the importance of extending the above for the benefit of Visiting foreign tourists and tourism stakeholders.
