Physical Fitness and Awareness Programme (Hasgulla Club) Under Nasha Mukht Bharat Abhiyan at Joggers Park

Port Blair, Apr 24: The Physical Fitness and Awareness programme “Hasgulla Club ” under the Nasha Mukht Bharat Abhiyan is a unique initiative aimed at bringing individuals together every Saturday and Sunday morning at Joggers Park, Port Blair, from 6:00am to 7:30am. 

The programme is privileged to have Shri Ravinder Rao, a Yoga teacher from “Art of Living,” and Shihan M.S Murgan, an expert in physical fitness and mental health. Additionally, Yoga classes will be led by a certified instructor and a Doctor from the Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts (IRCA) in South Andaman on every Saturday & Sundays.
