Port Blair, Apr 12: In view of the forthcoming Parliamentary Election-2024, special procedures have been prescribed for voting by Absentee Voters in the Senior Citizens 85+, Persons with Disability, Covid suspect/affected and essential services category through Postal Ballot.
In this regard, Mobile Polling Teams shall visit the homes of eligible voters belonging to Senior Citizens, Persons with Disability, Covid suspect/affected categories approved for voting by Postal Ballot on 12.04.2024 & 13.04.2024 to facilitate voting. Hence, all eligible voters have been requested to be present at their home on the above mentioned dates.
