Mesmerizing Seva from 67th batch of ANP

Port Blair, Nov 03: If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden. The 67th Police Constable Batch of Andaman Nicobar Police received a call from G.B. Pant Hospital, Port Blair on 28/10/2023, for blood requirement of O-ve, O+ve and B+ve for lady and pregnant patients. Police cops respond promptly, Mr. Saravanan is a very rare blood group (O-ve), Mr. T Madhav Rao (O+ve), Mr. Ujjwal Pandey (O+ve) and Mr. Sambhu Murthy (B+ve, this is his 46th time donating blood towards needy patients) donated blood at G.B. Pant Hospital, Port Blair. Patient’s family members expressed their gratitude to ANP.

This batch is always celebrating their family functions/ceremonies at orphanages in our Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Recently, Mrs. Pasha celebrated her daughter’s birthday at Pranab Kanya Sangha Delanipur, Port Blair and Mr. Sambhu Murthy also celebrated his daughter’s birthday at Pranab Kanya Sangha Delanipur, Port Blair and Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, Shadipur, Port Blair. Police batch also observed Police Commemoration Day on 21st Oct, 2023 and 27th Oct, 2023 during the food provided at above both orphanages.

On 01/11/2023, Cops donated an amount Rs. 5,201/- (Five Thousand Two Hundred One Rupee Only) towards treatment of Lady Patient (31) yrs, resident from Port Blair, she met with an accident and fractured both her hands. On 03/11/2023, Mr. M. Santosh Kumar (A+ve) has donated blood to a pregnant patient at G.B. Pant Hospital. This batch will always work for the betterment and development of Society. The 67th batch Cops received a lot of Awards and Appreciations from Civic society.  Here upon, Civic society has given them the title as “Seva Cops” for their selfless service.
