The Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma on 09th July 2022 inaugurated a 120 mtr long CC road at Chunna Bhatta area under Hope Town Panchayat. The work was completed under MPLADS funds at the cost of Rs.51,25,627 (Fifty one lakhs twenty five thousands six hundred and twenty seven only).
During the programme the Pradhan of Hope Town Panchayat, Mrs. Rasheeda, the ZillaParishad Member of Bambooflat, Miss Mariyam Bibi, Executive Engineer of PRI and a large number of the general public were also present.
Addressing the gathering the Member of Parliament said that the CC road constructed will be of great use for the villagers because there was a heavy demand for completion of the work.
The PRI members of the area expressed gratitude towards the Member of Parliament for taking up the work, which was a long pending demand for the general public of the area.
