Port Blair, Jul 24: Ten positive cases have been detected today in A&N Islands, of which, 9 were from incoming flight passengers who arrived here yesterday. Today, 9 flights with 1205 passengers arrived, out of which, 1086 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while an RT-PCR test was conducted on 75 passengers and the reports are awaited.
During RAT conducted on 17 passengers bound for North & Middle Andaman at Ferrargunj, no positive case has been detected. At Phoenix Bay Jetty, 3 passengers were tested with RAT, no positive case has been detected. RAT was conducted on 19 passengers at Mohanpura Bus Terminus, no positive case has been detected
