Port Blair, Jan 23: The APWD Karmachari Sangh today said that the Chief Engineer, APWD has concurred the sanction of Adhoc Bonus to DRMs, who were benefitted with 1/30th, with the approval of Personnel Department and Finance Department of A & N Administration.
The APWD Karmachari Sangh (AKS) has expressed its gratitude to Chief Secretary, Secretary (PWD), Chief Engineer, APWD for giving the approval to release the Adhoc Bonus.
The Sangh expressed gratitude to Andaman Nicobar Rajya KarmachariMahasangh (ANRKM) andBharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), A & N Islands for the long pending achievement by way of organising GATE Protest on 16th Jan. 2023 with all previous correspondences for release of Bonus AND on 18th Jan. A & N Administration has given the approval for release of Adhoc Bonus to all DRMs with 1/30 which covered 2773 employees.
Similarly, the Sangh requested the Chief Secretary to pave the path for release of Adhoc Bonus to all DRMs without any discrimination of 1/30th benefitted or not, who worked in offices following a 6 days week for atleast 240 days for each year for 3 years or more (206 days in each year for 3 years or more in case of office observing 5 days week).
